1. What types of companies do you work with?
We work with a broad range of organisations across the UAE, from SMEs to multinational
corporations, government entities, and community groups. Our clients include EMAAR, ADNOC,
DEWA, Nestlé, du Telecom, and many more.
2. Do you manage events outside Dubai?
Yes. While Dubai is our home base, we regularly manage events across the UAE, including
Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Al Ain. We can also support GCC-wide events.
3. Can you manage both the event concept and the logistics?
Absolutely. We are a full-service agency, we can be involved at any stage, from early
concept development through to on-ground execution and post-event wrap-up.
4. How far in advance should I contact you?
The earlier the better! For large events, we recommend reaching out at least 2–3 months
in advance. For smaller events, 4–6 weeks is usually sufficient. That said, we can work
within tighter timelines when needed.
5. Do you handle catering and entertainment?
Yes. Through our established network of trusted vendor partners, we coordinate all catering,
entertainment, AV/tech, décor, and logistics as part of our full-service offering.
